Closing your account
Updated August 9, 2026
You can close your organization from Settings. It is genuinely permanent, so this page is mostly about what to do first.
This guide is written rather than filmed — deleting an account is not a flow we can safely record end to end.
Export before you delete
- Customers — CSV from the Customers page. The export re-imports directly, here or anywhere else.
- Invoices and payments — CSV from Reports, any date range or all time. Payments export in the format QuickBooks Online and Xero import wizards accept.
- Anything you need as a document — download the PDFs. They are not part of a CSV export.
What deletion removes
Everything belonging to the organization: jobs, customers, quotes, invoices, equipment history, captured photos and readings, and your technicians' access. Technicians lose their accounts along with the organization — this is not just your own login.
Alternatives worth considering
- Downgrade instead. If it is about cost, a smaller plan keeps your history reachable.
- Revoke technician invites to free seats without closing anything.
- Unpublish your public page if the goal is simply to stop taking new work — see your public page.
There is no undo and no grace period. Export first, confirm the export opens, then delete.
