Set your working hours and timezone
Updated August 9, 2026 · 1 walkthrough
Two settings quietly govern everything scheduled: the hours you work, and the timezone you work in. Get them right once and every route, ETA and customer text lands correctly.

What working hours actually control
- Where a route can start and end. The optimizer will not push a stop past the end of your day to save drive time.
- What a customer can pick. Booking forms only offer slots inside your hours.
- When the AI receptionist says you are open. The setup wizard reads these hours rather than asking you to retype them.
Timezone
Job times are stored against your organization's timezone, so 09:00 means 09:00 where the work is happening — not where a server is. If you set this wrong and jobs already exist, their displayed times will shift when you correct it.
Home base
Changing home base does not re-optimize existing routes on its own. Re-run optimize on any day you want measured from the new address.
