Find your way around Settings
Updated August 9, 2026 · 1 walkthrough
Settings is a stack of sections rather than one long page. Here is what lives where, so you stop hunting for the one switch you need.
Find your way around Settings
0:18On a computer- Everything about your business lives in Settings
- The Settings page opens on Profile — the section list runs down the left
- Your company's own details
- Company details — business name, contact and address, all in one card
- What you're on, and what you've used
- Billing & plan — Team, active, with every usage meter counted for the period
- Your services and what they're worth
- Service Types & Pricing — every service your trade offers, each with a default revenue you can set
- Right down to how your quotes are priced
- Quoting Settings — tier pricing and tax, and financing presets

What is where
- Company details — name, logo, address, phone. Invoices, booking pages and your public page all read from here, so it is the one place to change any of it.
- Working hours — your week, plus home base and timezone.
- Service types — what you sell, and how long each job takes by default.
- Capture fields — the readings and photos technicians are asked for. See customizing what your team captures.
- Team — invites, seats and skills.
- Public profile & QR card — your printable public page.
- Billing — your plan, seats and payment method.
Settings is manager-only. A technician who opens the URL directly gets a much shorter page with only their own profile on it — see what technicians can and cannot see.
