The link works once, on purpose
A booking link is spent as soon as it is used. That is what stops a forwarded link from filling your calendar with bookings you never agreed to, and it is the difference between these links and your permanent public page — the public page is meant to be shared and never expires, which is what makes it printable.
Technicians can send these too
Sending a booking form is one of the few dispatch actions open to technicians. Someone finishing a job can hand the customer a way to book the follow-up without going through you.
