How technicians join your company

Updated August 9, 2026 · 1 walkthrough

This is the whole thing from your technician's side, on a phone: the email, the password they choose, and the first screen they see.

Join your company from an invite

Join your company from an invite
  1. Your email is already filled in from the invite — the gray name and phone are examples, not your details
  2. Your name
  3. The technician's name is in
  4. Your phone — this is how the office reaches you
  5. The number formats itself as (478) 780-5896
  6. Set a password
  7. The password is set
  8. Accept the invite
  9. Step 2 of 2 — Your start point: where do you start each day?
  10. Where your day starts
  11. Suggestions appear as you type the address
  12. Pick the suggestion so your route can be planned
  13. The address resolves in full and the list closes
  14. You're in, on Execute, where your jobs appear
  15. Welcome to Rhumbit, Diego — your manager will assign jobs each morning
  16. Your day lands here — jobs appear as your manager assigns them

Invite links work exactly once

Used links say so plainly — just sign in instead

Once an invite has been accepted, the link is spent. Tapping it again — or forwarding it to a second person — gets this screen rather than a second account. If someone genuinely needs to re-register, revoke the old invite and send a fresh one.

Where they land

Technicians who open a manager page land back on Execute

Technicians are sent to their own day rather than to a dashboard. There is no landing page to explain, no menu to walk them through — the first thing they see is the work.

Tell them to add Rhumbit to their home screen. It is a progressive web app, so it installs from the browser with no app store involved, and behaves like a normal app afterwards.
