How technicians join your company
Updated August 9, 2026 · 1 walkthrough
This is the whole thing from your technician's side, on a phone: the email, the password they choose, and the first screen they see.
Join your company from an invite
0:25On the phone- Your email is already filled in from the invite — the gray name and phone are examples, not your details
- Your name
- The technician's name is in
- Your phone — this is how the office reaches you
- The number formats itself as (478) 780-5896
- Set a password
- The password is set
- Accept the invite
- Step 2 of 2 — Your start point: where do you start each day?
- Where your day starts
- Suggestions appear as you type the address
- Pick the suggestion so your route can be planned
- The address resolves in full and the list closes
- You're in, on Execute, where your jobs appear
- Welcome to Rhumbit, Diego — your manager will assign jobs each morning
- Your day lands here — jobs appear as your manager assigns them

Invite links work exactly once
Once an invite has been accepted, the link is spent. Tapping it again — or forwarding it to a second person — gets this screen rather than a second account. If someone genuinely needs to re-register, revoke the old invite and send a fresh one.
Where they land
Technicians are sent to their own day rather than to a dashboard. There is no landing page to explain, no menu to walk them through — the first thing they see is the work.
Tell them to add Rhumbit to their home screen. It is a progressive web app, so it installs from the browser with no app store involved, and behaves like a normal app afterwards.
