Start your day
Updated August 9, 2026 · 1 walkthrough
One tap starts your day. It is the only thing you need to do before driving, and it is worth understanding what it commits you to.

It goes straight to en route
There is no intermediate "ready" state. Tapping Start day puts you en route to your first stop immediately, and the button does not come back — the day has started and the clock is running. Tap it when you are actually leaving, not while you are still having coffee.
If Start day will not do anything
Routes are measured from home base, so without one there is nothing to measure. This is a manager setting — if you are a technician seeing this, your manager needs to set it in Settings → Working hours.
What your customers get
Starting the day is what makes ETAs real. From that point the app knows where you are in the sequence and can tell customers when you are likely to arrive, updating as the day drifts.
